News and Views is a bi-monthly newsletter (that is, six issues per year) distributed electronically to the nearly 8,000 members nationwide. Electronic-only distribution of News and Views began in July 2006. There are several options for advertising in News and Views.
Advertising Price List
- Small ad - $350 per issue
- Medium ad - $600 per issue
- Large ad - $1,000 per issue
NAAE Organizational Members are entitled to, at no additional charge, one medium or two small advertisements in News and Views per year. For more information regarding organizational membership, please visit the Becoming an Organizational Member page on the NAAE website.

- Jpeg or Gif file
- Horizonal or vertical orientation
- Placement on one page of newsletter
- Link from ad to advertiser's website or email
- Logo on front page of newsletter with direct link to advertisement within newsletter
Medium Ad - $600
- 720 px by 480 px
- Jpeg or Gif file
- Horizonal orientation only
- Placement on one page of newsletter
- Link from ad to advertiser's website or email
- Logo on front page of newsletter with direct link to advertisement within newsletter
Large Ad - $1000
- 720 px by 960 px on a page by itself within the newsletter
OR a direct link to any one static ad page on advertiser's website - Advertiser's logo below newsletter table of contents wherever it appears in the newsletter.
