The 2022 NAAE Convention Members and Partners Reception (MPR) will take place in-person on Thursday, December 1 from 4:30-6:00pm PST at the Westgate Resort and Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. The MPR provides NAAE partners an opportunity to engage directly with the more than 750 NAAE members and guests who attend the NAAE Convention.
Partners who participate in the MPR will receive a clothed and skirted 8' table, two chairs and an approximately 10x10' area to display materials, giveaways and models. Convention attendees who attend the MPR are encouraged to visit every partner table through a raffle punch card which upon completion makes them eligible for door prizes and refreshment tickets.
MPR space is included for NAAE Partners at the Diamond, Titanium, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Award Winner Sponsor levels. Partners who want to attend the MPR who don't fall into one of the levels can purchase NAAE MPR space access for $750 (individuals staffing the space may attend the MPR only without registering for NAAE convention). NAAE will bill you directly for the space after you register here, if you have not already paid or committed to a partner level.
If you cannot attend the MPR but you would still like to display materials, NAAE staff will set-up your space for attendees to access your materials during the reception. Understand this means that your space will be set-up and torn down only, it will not be staffed during the reception and the $750 space fee/partner level still applies.
NAAE Convention Members and Partners Reception attendees must arrange their own travel and accommodations. To book your hotel room at the Westgate Resort use the NAAE Room Block, availability willing.
