How to register at NAAE Member Rate:

  1. On the NAAE registration page, you will be prompted to log into your iMIS (ACTE membership database) account to register for VISION. If you do not have an iMIS account, please click on “Create an account” to start the registration process. If you have previously attended our events but don’t know your login, please click “Forgot password?” to reset your account. Your username will be the email address you previously registered with.
  2. If your information is not auto-populated, complete the required fields (in red). Under the “Field of Specialization” be sure to select Agricultural Education.
  3. On the NAAE registration page you will see the option to register as either an NAAE member or an NAAE student member, in addition to additional ACTE event add-ons. Please select accordingly. Remember, this option will register you for the both NAAE and ACTE conventions. There is no need to register for each convention separately.
  4. After all your events and registration selections are complete, proceed to the next page for review, and then payment options.

What does registration include?

Registrants for the 2023 NAAE Convention are also automatically registered for the ACTE CareerTech VISION 2023 which is November 29 - December 2, 2023.

The 2023 NAAE Convention schedule is planned so NAAE members can attend sessions at both ACTE's Career Tech VISION and the NAAE Convention. NAAE members will pay one registration fee and have full access to both conferences.

What if I applied for an NAAE Award, should I register for NAAE Convention or wait?

NAAE Award Winners are announced on August 1. If you plan to attend NAAE Convention regardless of your award status, we encourage you to register to take advantage of the SUPER Early Bird Rate. If you are selected as an NAAE Award Winner, NAAE will reimburse you at the SUPER Early Bird Rate.

What if I cannot login to my account?

The NAAE Registration Site is managed by ACTE. Your login information is linked to your ACTE membership or the email address used for previous NAAE or ACTE events. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact ACTE at 800-826-9972 or to troubleshoot.

What is your speaker/presenter registration policy?

All speakers and presenters are required to register for NAAE Convention. All accepted speakers/presenters will receive additional information to register online. If you have questions about registering as a speaker/presenter please contact NAAE Staff.

Do I qualify as a NAAE Student Member?

Only full time university undergraduates training for careers related to agricultural education are eligible for this rate. The student rate is available only to those undergraduate students who are student members of both ACTE and NAAE. If you are not already a student member of ACTE and/or NAAE, you will need to join ACTE/NAAE as a student member. National ACTE Student Membership is free, however your state may require some amount of dues. NAAE Student Membership is $10. Failure to join prior to conference may result in a balance due at the prevailing student membership rate.

What if the NAAE Registration Rate is not listed as a rate option?

The NAAE registration form is separate from the main ACTE registration form. If the NAAE rate does not populate, you are on the main ACTE registration page, from which you will not be able to access the NAAE member or ACTE/NAAE student member rates. Click here for the NAAE registration page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee through September 15, 2023, for standard conference registration fees. Fifty percent (50%) of the standard conference registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from September 18, 2023 through October 13, 2023. Cancelation requests received after October 13, 2023 are nonrefundable.

Regarding transfer requests

Confirmed in-person registrants may transfer to virtual registration with no penalty through September 15, 2023 for standard conference registration fees. A price difference refund minus a $25 registration transfer fee will be added for transfer requests from September 18, 2023 through October 13, 2023. Transfer requests received after October 13, 2023 are nonrefundable.
