NAAE Program Manager - Professional Development and Teacher Recruitment and Retention
Ashley Hall joined the NAAE team in June 2022 as a Program Manager, and in this position, she is responsible for assisting NAAE in carrying out high quality and diverse programs and services that support the NAAE Mission. Ashley works primarily with programming related to professional development for agricultural educators as well as NAAE’s teacher recruitment and retention efforts.
Ashley is a 2015 graduate from the University of Kentucky. She has her Master’s in Teacher Leadership and an Educational Specialist degree in Principalship. She is currently working on obtaining her Educational Doctorate in Agriculture Education and Communications through Texas Tech University. Ashley taught Agriculture for 7 years at Nicholas County Middle/High School. She was named the NAAE Region IV Outstanding Early Career Recipient in 2020 and the ACTE New Teacher of the Year in 2021. Ashley has participated in many NAAE programs including the Teacher Turn the Key program as well as being a National Agriscience Teacher Ambassador and NAAE Facilitator. Ashley resides in Owingsville, Kentucky with her husband, Rob, two dogs, Chewy and Waylon, and two cats, Mötley and Benson. Ashley’s passions involve traveling, fitness, hiking, photography, everything Fall, and collecting house plants.
