Please note, the ACTE shuttle routes indicated in the hotel information drop off at the Hall G lobby at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. There is an additional 20-25 minute walk across the convention center to the Hilton New Orleans Riverside where all NAAE events occur. Please plan accordingly.
A credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation and will be processed for a one (1) night's room rate + applicable tax deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival date will forfeit the one (1) night's room rate + applicable tax deposit.
The hotel does not accept personal or business checks on day of arrival. If you wish to pay by check, they must be received by hotel 5-7 working days in advance of arrival.

The Hilton New Orleans Riverside does not offer a shuttle service to/from the airport. Taxis, rideshares and hired shuttle services are available.
