2026 Members and Partners Reception (MPR)

We are honored to welcome you to the 2026 NAAE Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana, December 1–5, 2026.

The Members and Partners Reception (MPR) will take place Thursday, December 3, 2026, from 4:30–6:30pm CST and serves as a premier opportunity for our partners to connect directly with more than 800 agricultural educators and guests from across the nation.

Intentionally designed to foster meaningful dialogue, visibility, and lasting relationships, the MPR creates a focused two-hour environment where partners and educators engage in conversation that supports recruitment, retention, innovation, and the future of agricultural education. Together, we continue leading and learning in boundless classrooms.

Regular Registration Rate - After July 31	$1,250
2 Spaces - Early Bird Registration Rate - prior to July 31 Includes additional space for exhibitions, large display materials, and interactive engagement space.	$1,800
2 Spaces - Regular Registration Rate - after July 31 Includes additional space for exhibitions, large display materials, and interactive engagement space.	$2,300

 

What Participating Partners Receive

• One 6ft table
• Two chairs
• Participation in the structured raffle punch card engagement experience
• Direct interaction with 800+ Convention attendees
• A comprehensive MPR Event Guide including shipping instructions, room location, and timeline details
• One complimentary NAAE Convention Only Partner registration, unless outlined in the partner package or 2 spaces are purchased. In the event that two spaces are purchased, 2 complimentary registrations will be provided.

Attendees are encouraged to visit each partner table through a raffle punch card activity, ensuring intentional engagement throughout the reception. 

Official set-up and tear-down times will be provided in the MPR Event Guide.

Travel & Accommodations

All Members and Partners Reception participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and lodging for the 2026 NAAE Convention in New Orleans.

Hotel accommodations may be secured through the official NAAE Convention housing block, which is subject to availability. We encourage partners to book early to ensure access to preferred rates and proximity to Convention activities.

Non-Staffed Display Option

If you are unable to attend in person but wish to maintain a presence at the reception, a non-staffed display option is available. NAAE staff will set up and tear down your materials; however, the table will not be staffed during the event.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund will be granted for written cancellations received on or before October 1. Cancellations received after October 1 are non-refundable.
